Art in the Park info center

Thank you for your interest in applying to participate in the Bilgers Rocks 1st annual Art in the Park.

Before starting the online application, please read these helpful tips:

• Complete every required field in the application.

• Double-check to make sure the e-mail address you provide is correct–we will use this e-mail address for all future communications.

• After we receive your juried artist submission, you will be asked to submit a $20 non-refundable jury fee using a credit or debit card — Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card (No American Express).

• All communications from the Art in the Park (AIP) office will occur via email and this webpage. If you have any questions regarding AIP, please check the web page first. If we haven’t answered your questions, please contact the AIP office at 814-553-5744, or email us at

Monday, July 30, 2018 by Midnight Completed artist applications must be submitted online and include a non-refundable $35 jury fee

Early August Artist notified via e-mail of application status

Monday, August 6, 2018 Last day for written request for cancellation with 75% booth fee refund

September 8 -Jury Artist Check-In: 10:00AM

September 8- Artist and Vendor Set-Up: 9:00AM – 11:00AM.

September 8 - Juried Artists Awards 4:00 PM
